If I could give them a zero I would. These people are glorified ****mers. I am specifically talking to ladies here, do not bother yourself with them. Their service is pathetic and unprofessional - and they do not value customers. My tracking device hasn’t been working for a week and instead of solving the issue. They block me. ****ming me off a years’ worth of service because you pay upfront for a tracking device that doesn’t even work effectively.
