Faulty car tracking device

I am having bad experience with them, it has been 2 months asking for my contract with no help.... Their tracking device only worked for one month and already faulty, tried communicating with them via WhatsApp with no help, called them and the lady who answered was busy talking with other people and laughing, I am extremely disappointed with the way they treat their customers..it's more like once you pay the money they no longer care about what happens. Is this what we get for supporting black own business???
