Cancellation & Refund Not Acknowledged – Trial Subscription Billing Concern
I am lodging this complaint to formally document my experience and to seek resolution. Summary of Issue: In December 2025, I signed up for what was advertised as a $1 once-off trial with Innerly. I did not consent to a recurring or full subscription. Actions Taken: 20 December 2025: Formal cancellation and refund request emailed 23 December 2025: Follow-up email sent from my iPhone Multiple requests made for: Immediate cancellation Written confirmation of cancellation Assurance that no further charges would be processed Refund or billing clarification Current Status: No response received No refund processed No confirmation of cancellation No engagement from support despite repeated attempts Escalation: Due to the lack of response, I have: Lodged a ***** case with my bank Provided my bank with all correspondence Escalated this matter publicly to ensure transparency and consumer awareness Desired Outcome: Written confirmation that the subscription is cancelled Confirmation that no further charges will be processed Refund of the $1 trial charge (or confirmation that no additional charges exist)

Try Innerly debited my account unauthorized and I received no IQ test results
Try Innerly in USA are on Social Media. I completed a so called IQ test and paid the one dollar fee hoping I would receive the results? I never received results and they debited me without subscription or warning for R 674 today. I had to cancel my bank card and has inconvenience. I trust they will refund me and I might change my opinion that this is a ****. I hope they will email me at *** to refund me into my new virtual card when I provide the card particulars.
