Your service SUCKS!!!! Refund ME for your poor product!!!

I bought my husband shoes 2 months ago, on the inside of the shoe went flat as in the support of the shoe was breaking. The material was breaking, I then took the shoe back in at the Kuilsriver branch, they then sent it for an assessment, that came back saying its wear and tear. AFTER juts 2 MONTHS 2, let me report that 2 Months. What the actual hell, this shoe wasn't in everyday use that I can say it was wear and tear. Truworths u truly have pathetic service, Iv been a customer for how long. I then reached out via Facebook lol and OMW You staff must have a lack in being able to read with the intent to understand? I asked for head office number NOT for them to "override" anything pure and utter incompetence!!!!
