You just don't care!!!!

I paid my account via EFT immediate payment on the 7th. Truworths kept sending SMS that I haven't paid.took my airtime and called them. Was on the call for a good 20minutes and the lady said someone will call me so I can provide proof of payment but none did and this was on the 12th. On that Saturday on the 15th I went to key West were I received the most horrible treatment. They just gave me an email address to email my POP which I did immediately but till now nobody has called and it's my name that is being *****ed on ITC!!!
