I've had a Truworths account for 34years & have never defaulted until Covid hit us. I couldn't pay for 3 months then settled the outstanding balance. They have decreased my credit limit to R1600 per month. It's amazing when you buying & paying they all there for you but God forbid hit hard times. I'll never deal with Truworths again.....shocking service
