During lockdown sms were sent to us regarding payment methods, first and second month I did eft and it went tru, June I did another one it never reflected, called in there told me I should wait their having technical problems. I sent an email after seeing no response in two weeks, their told me their will escalate it! No response one again, I called in the lady told me their is nothing their can do on the system I should wait. Now it’s August, I have not heard anything but smses being sent that I’m overdue! It reflects badly on my credit score!
