Truworths customer service is terrible , that kind of attitude i got to close an account will not see me in any of there shops again,that goes for family and friends , during times like these customers are kings. The person the Truworths branch called was Khanisa on 14/9/2021 The account had my name and I was a miss ,my wifes ID who is a Mrs, they cannot fathom thats an invalid account.
