Wrongfully black listed by Truworths

Truworths blacklisted me for 9 mths non payment. After i had to go to 4 differant shops with my proov of payments they finaly mailed me to say sorry and my acc has been rectifyd but they refuse to cleare my name at ITC wich they put on there wronfully. Its making me look bad and is blocking me from getting credit. Should i go to the news papers and warn people not to open accounts with them to be able to get my name cleared??? Its insulting.
