WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
I placed two orders on the 4th and 7th of March respectively for four pieces of clothing to be delivered to the Greenstone branch. Today, I received three of the items however one of the items is completely wrong and I have been charged for delivery and for the item itself! The remaining two items I have yet to receive, it is extremely disappointing to receive this level of service from a company I've bought from for so many years.
