Wrong Information by a Promoter

I purchased a cell phone at Truworths Vaal Mall.I wanted to buy Huawei Y70 brand,but I asked the an employee about the phone I want and she recommended Real Me brand phone that was displayed and she said it had all the features I wanted. I asked her to show me the physical version of the phone but she didn't have one. Trusting her recommendation I purchased it. I was made to sign the contract and the packaging was opened.When I saw the phone physically I realized that it was not what I wanted.I decided not to continue with Real Me phone and purchase the phone I wanted . Then I was told I couldn't change because I had signed the contract and the packaging is opened_which I should have been told before I made the buying decision. After the deal was done that's when I was told that the lady I was talking to she's not a Truworths employee she's a promoter of Real Me. I didn't take the phone and my account was debited. My request to Truworths is that they credit my account with that purchase amount before the end of August 2023. Please Help!!!!
