Wrong goods delivered
I ordered items via the call centre and spoke to Wandile. Two of the items I wanted was not available and 2 available, however when the goods were delivered the items that were not available was delivered and I got a double delivery of the same order. In the meantime I purchased the item that was not available in-store and on arrival at home the same item was delivered to me x2.<br> I spoke to Amy on the 28 / 29/02 who were to get someone to call me back as I now am sitting with items that was not available and delivery was charged to my account. I realise that I have a 30 day return, but I order online because I cannot get to a store, what now? How do I get the goods back to you and will the delivery charges be reversed?

One of the items is now in store and following our telephone conversation, an order was placed for this to be delivered to you. We will keep you updated on the availability of the remaining two items.
Of the initial two orders that were placed, one item was delivered successfully. The item that you are querying has not been processed correctly and therefore your account was debited three times with the garment and the delivery fees, instead of just once.
When we contacted you to have the extra items collected, you informed us that you arranged with a friend to return it to the store. We can confirm that we have reversed the extra delivery fees from your account.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you and assure you that all concerns will be addressed with the relevant staff concerned.
