Wrong Customer
I have not been a customer of Truworths since 2001 when my application for a home loan was nearly declined because I unknowingly owed Truworths R240. <br> <br> My cell number has now been entered into the Truworths system as the cell number of another client of Truworths. After calling Truworths and being assured the mistake would be rectified, I am still receiving SMS's telling me that I must pay a Mr Tiyo's account. Also, my number is now also getting SPAM SMS's from Old Mutual, Bidvest, Kaizer Chiefs Funeral Plan for the same Mr Tiyo, and now for \Motor Warranty from as little as R130pm\" and \"R10M life cover from as little as R120pm.\"<br> <br> Why couldn't Truworths contact me when I really was a customer and actually owed them money, instead of trying to blacklist me? PLEASE TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR MAILING LIST AND FIX YOUR MISTAKE! I don't want to buy anything from you or your partners."
