Worst Unprofessional Service Ever
This was the worst excuse I have ever heard, thank God there are other clothing shops in KZN that actually know the meaning of customer care, I would never recommend anyone to open a Truworths Account, As small business owner I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally, This just show again that people in decision making positions think they are high and mighty but they actually just a normal worker working for a salary and their attitudes effect the company in the eye of the general public.<br> <br> Just because they could not get hold of one of my referrals at 10am in the morning they actually shot down my complete application down in total and now I need to wait 3 months before I can re-apply, if they just did a \little"of customer service like Edgars they would now have been in my praises.<br> <br> Hat of to Edgars"
