Worst Truworths stores ever

Worst experience ever at this store. If you overpay or have a balance due to you on your account by Truworths or request a refund of a transaction you are told multiple times and by multiple stores , they don't have sufficient cash to give you . You are asked to come back for cash when they have. For a big chainstore this is ridiculous as certain times they won't refund a credit card. I was then asked to drive to a few stores to check which one had cash. Driving around is petrol and customer time. Then I get to a store and told the system is updated in store but not with head office and they can't refund today. Cashiers and supervisors need to realise customers can't be send around and drive up and down on their errors . Call customers when you know a refund can take place or give customers proper information.
