Worst Truworths online experience

i placed an order online on Saturday night and it did not take me through to the payment page. I thought my order had not gone through but when i go to my profile on orders status says Pending payment information

I called the online call center and in this day and age of technology im told i should have used firefox or Internet explorer

Worst part the consultant tell me i have to redo the order on Internet explorer, My challenge is i have an order awaiting payment which i can easily do but i cant and when i try reorder most of the items in my current order are no longer available. Im told the system in store cannot pick up an online order so that i make a payment instore

this is unbelievable for a store as big as truworths
