Worst service Truworths Festival mall

Poor service from Truworths Festival mall. I bought a dress at Truworths Festival mall on the 25th of February 2022 for an event on the 26th February, i wore the dress on the 26th and realised it has been burnt at the bottom and i didn't iron it because the fabric looked like it doesn't need to be ironed. It looked perfect, a beautiful long dress, i had no choice but wore it because i had no athor attire for the event. On the 27th February i took the dress to the store and explained, the lady told me straight in my eyes that she doesnt believe i got the dress like that in the store, i looked at her with no words because i was telling the truth and she was just dismissing everything i was explaining. I will never lay my foot in Truworths. Worst customer service experience 😒
