Worst service recieved today ....a loyal customer for 20 years will be closing my account and will support retail stores that know and recognize their customers

I am a very disappointed customer of Truworths.....I have been to Truworhs at the Forest Hill Mall in Pretoria today. I needed to do an exchange n today all of a sudden i was turned down by a very useless and unfriendly helper that assisted me!! Being a loyal customer to Truworhs for almost 20 years and if ever i needed to return an item the other branches always assisted me in a good and friendly manner ....i purchase big amounts at Truworths and all I needed to return was 2 tshirts from all the other items i kept...today this woman calls the manager to show him a flippin date n says i must read my reciept like im some kind of an idiot ...today i recieved the worst service from this useless woman and her manager but was ok to to put all the other clothing on credit ....people like that will surely close down that store as that mall is barely surviving and she puts the 2 tshirts back in the packet without any consideration of being a loyal customer with a good profile for almost 20 years and both she and the manager just ignored that....that store does not even have a fully stocked look all in bits here and there...really sad how you get treated or spoken to which i didnt expect today...store is failing ....unhappy and disappointed customer for 2 tshirts i asked to exchange...and today the manager says he has to follow the policy...how stupid that sounded to me as i never had a problem with any echange until today ....bad service from Truworhs Forest Hill Mall in Pretoria ***xx Mrs R Naidoo
