worst service in the country, bad attitude, manage
At about 14h00 I I sited truworths Brooklyn in pretoria with the purpose of buying a cellphone Samsung galaxy which costs 2299 rand, my card was swiped it reflected on my message from the bank reserved for purchased, they told on their it says declined I went to get a bank statement, which h confirmed 2299 rand was reserved as with all other purchases I had made from other shops, I requested a person in charge I was told they are u accessible on weekends the supervisor went to phone Mbali the admin Manager, who told her she can't come she is on lunch, heated argument ensued because I wanted to leave with either a phone or my money, I phone head office through Koketso who was told the financial manager is not available, question how does a financial manager feature in all this? Two hrs later the admin Manager rocked up with no worries, and could not be bothered, I only got assistance from a store manager of one of the opposition store after seeing that not even truworths head office is ***********, who told me how the matter should have been handled imagine I had to go to opposition to get a proper response, customers were puzzled by the Admin managers lack of customer
