Worst service from Truworths group

They handed over my identity account to VDM attorneys , I paid the account and VDM said the account is now closed on their file, however on the bureau Identity still shows a balance of R920 , I contacted them and tehy said they can't give me settlement qoute because the account is with VDM , I called VDM again and they said the account is closed on their file . This pathetic service and poor administration at its worst , I suddenly recieved a call from Brook and Luyt who claim they are collecting on behalf of identity and I'm owing R312, I called Identity who said they don't know this arttoneys and again said my account is with VDM , VDM is denying having the account saying its paid up on their file, very poor service from Truworths and *********** staff
