Worst service experience
Bad service from truworth online,been calling all they do is say they have escalated the matter.my order o*** have been inprogress for 10days now.i sent countless whatsapp messages still getting same status.on calls they are escalating to courier from 4days ago.

11 Jun 2024, 17:31I don't need your apologies all i need is my order if not cancel and refund my money.this is not the first attempt to contact your'l.everyone have been escalating and liaising with courier. Tired of your excuses.when you reply let it be date&time of delivery

Please ensure someone is at the supp**** address between 8-5 on 12/06.today is 13 June still waiting.i called call centre they have escalated for the 100th time and they don't know why it was not delivered 11 working days and still counting ,what a worst experience never using them again.
