WORST SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM TRUWORTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife recently had a baby shower and we received many gifts and some of the gifts we required a size change. We had clothing from various stores like Woolworths Edgars and Truworths.

we had no issues with returning the clothing at the other stores except truworths. We went to centurion mall Truworths and my wife and myself was disgusted with the attitude from the manager, she refused to assist us. all of the clothes that was gifted to us from Truworths had prices and tags but they insisted that they cannot do anything without a gift receipt. We further called the person that purchased the items and they told us that they was not offered a gift slip at the time of purchase! how the hell is that the customers fault ? if the staff of truworths are so *********** was does the customer have to bare the brunt of it! the manager walked away and refused to assist while my heavily pregnant wife had to stand there and speak to the head office for assistance and that was no help as well,

I CANNOT BELIEVE SUCH A BIG STORE TREATS THIER CUSTOMERS LIKE **** AND I WILL ENSURE THAT ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER PURCHASE FROM TRUWORTHS AGAIN AND I WILL ENSURE THAT THIS IS MADE PUBLIC AND POSTED ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA, THE MANAGER FROM CENTURION SHOULD BE FIRED I HAVE NOT MET A MORE ARROGANT RUDE PERSON AND SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE THERE ! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT S****S, NO COMPASION SHOWN FOR MY PREGNANT WIFE STRUGGLING TO STAND THERE WHILE TRYING TO GET HELP, THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TRUWORTHS STORES GUYS, THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE 1STLY AND THEY SERVICE IS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER SEEN, EVEN PEP STORES PROVIDED A WORLD CLASS SERVICE COMPARED TO TRUWORTHS CENTURION !!!!!!
