worst service ever. incompetend

they said i owed 4670. i paid R4700 on 4th of september. listed me as missing payments in october. went to the store they told me they owe me 4700 because they sold my account on the 1st of september.

i asked how is this possible truworths took my money. now they saying they dont have my money.

i contacted the company they sold my account to got a paid up letter and apology for the incompetence of their client truworths.

truworths i have reported to hello peter this nasty experience more than 10 times. i have phoned them 100 times not helpfull at all. i have sent them the paid up letter .

every time i get in contact with them they refuse to help me . i paid them on the 4th of september i have the paid up letter. its november 11 now still they are listing me as missed payments and listing me as owing them money . no need to reply truworths cause i no what you are going to say .. apparently you resolved the matter from your side.

*********** to the next level can this idiots not understand if i paid them if i send the paid up letter if the company they sold my account to fixed it on their side.

why in the ### am i still in arrears on my creditreports and why do i get listed as missing payments.

the collectiom company does not update truworths on the credit report. they update themselves. truworths is thebonly company i have ever had this problem with.
