Worst service ever

Am not happy with the service at all, I ordered two handbags which am happy with, however, one bag came with the security tag on. Is this the kind of service we pay for? Was the order prepared in a hurry? What has led to this? My partner wants to use the bag and Truworths is distant from my place I have to drive there, are you going to compensate me for my patrol?
