Worst service ever
Truworths is the worst ever when it comes to deliveries,it doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have received the below texts today in the morning for my online shopping delivery.
Hi Collin! Part 1 of your Truworths online order O*** is on its way. Please ensure someone is at the supp**** address between 8-5 on 29/11

It is now 19h40 I haven't received my order no call no nothing, what kind of a circus are you running.

Because I expected both my parcels to be delivered same day as per your SMSs,I even made arrangements to make sure there's someone to receive my order.
