Worst service ever

This people has the worst online customer service that I have ever experienced they lie to the customers I placed an order on the 26th of November to date no delivery when I called I was told that there was a delay because of the black Friday being human I understood 2 weeks later I was told no the courier has a delay and was told and emailed that my order would arrive by the 12th of December which is today when we called this morning Sizeka told us that we should wait it's still early we decided to call courier it they said that the order will only be delivered next week they have sent the order to a 3rd party courier when we called them back and requested a refund they told us that we won't get the refund today we have somewhere to be today no extra cash to buy something different and we cant get our order or money the worst possible service ever and *****.
