Worst service ever!!!

Worst experience ever.I orderd a dress on Truworths fashion fashion finder and got charged for it.two weeks later my dress is not delivered and customer service won't help.they keep telling me that their supervisor is busy with my complain in will call me in two hours, four days later I'm still waiting for the call. I closing the account and never again will I buy from Truworths...so unprofessional and lack of customer service. Even Mr Price delivery is way better and Faster. I need that dress for a wedding event in three days.
