WORST SERVICE EVER
Good day
I am yet disappointed with truworths and experience the same issue again.
I am a loyal customer to truworths and buy here all the time
Firstly my mom bought us a few items that we would like to exchange. She bought it on account. The clothes did not fit so we wanted to exchange. We exchanged for different items for the same value and were told that we can't exchange it has to be the exact same item. The exact same item does not have the clothes hence we are exchanging for the same value but different items. We were told we can do this and when we got here they said we can't. This was after driving all the way. This happened in the Sandton branch
Secondly this was he worst attitude every. They didn't seem they cared about helping. Even the manager did not care.
The Sandton branch disappointed me. As a loyal customer who buys perfumes Clinique and everything here I will never set foot here again. I am beyond disappointed by the service at the Sandton branch. I left that store and decided to buy the things I wanted to buy with my own money at Edgar's where the service was beyond great
