Worst service ever

Dear Truworths Customer Service,

I paid R1500 into my Truworths account, but the payment has still not reflected online. This delay is preventing me from making purchases, and I find this extremely frustrating.

Your WhatsApp and Facebook support channels have been unhelpful and ineffective. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and for my payment to reflect without further delay. Poor service like this is the reason many customers close their accounts.

I request immediate confirmation once this issue has been resolved.
