Worst Service

Ordered Online and days later email and sms was sent to me that parcel was delivered and ready for collection. And I logged in on their website and Yipppeeee all my 4 items are ready to be collected,I then asked my husband to collect on my behalf and he was told only 1 parcel it’s ready for collection and they can’t find the rest.

Does Truworths staff knows the cost of Petrol to drive to and fro their stores????? and on top of that it’s time consuming for busy people like me.
