worst service

i have the WORST experience with you guys. im therefore going to close my account coz you clearly don't understand TCF. I placed an order and most of the things were delivered, a consultant at MALL OF AFRICA said ill be contacted for the item that was not delivered, i called your CC and no assistance. i waited even now im still waiting. I bought an underwear that was torn within a week. im very upset
