Worst service at Truworths vaal mall

I always have problems with truworths whenever I need to exchange their products. I recently needed to exchange their naartjie clothes that I recieved as a gift for my baby shower and I am being refused cause I don't have a receipt but the price tag and every is still there 😡 very much disappointed, this is not the same issue we face when we return staff at Woolworths
