Worst online shopping experience ever with Truworthso

I made an online purchase in excess of R6k on 2/9. When calling them on 4/9 to tack progress of my delivery they were claiming to be offline. Not only will I cancel my order - and only get reimbursed in due time of up to 10 days. I will not recommend this service to anyone I know and will warn them against it.
