Worst online shopping experience EVER!

O my word, we are in 2019 and apparently Truworths does not know what online shopping means! Everybody does online shopping.

Worst experience EVER!

I received an sms on 31 Dec 2018 to come and collect my parcel at the Truworths branch in Lynnwood. (After waiting the 3-5 days).

I phoned them to make sure I can come and collect before I drive all the way, but the call centre has NO IDEA where the parcel is and I need not worry, I will receive my parcel eventually. I must wait for another sms.

WHAT??????!!!!!?

They have no idea where it is, it must be on route to Lynnwood Branch but they don’t know where, I should wait for another sms? Am I hearing this right? Where did the first sms come from then?

This is a gift, and it’s embarrassing as hell to say “o, sorry, your parcel is in the mail”. O yes, and by the way, I don’t know when you will get it.

I will be closing my account and tell all about my awful experience!

And I am STILL waiting for my sms, while my account has already been charged!
