Worst online shop ever!

Please do yourself a favour and don't shop online with them.

I was struggling to use their website as it isn't the best, and in the process of trying to find the shipping fees, I accidentally ordered 2 of the item. I immediately called their online assistants to see if I can cancel my order so I can only order one.

I was told items on sale can't be cancelled. I informed the lady that the item is not on sale and I really don't want 2. I was told to wait untill I receive them and then just take them back.

So now I have to still pay shipping fees even if I take them back just because you can't cancel an online order.

I have never heard of a place where you can't cancel online orders.

Pathetic in my opinion.
