Worst online service ever

The worst on line service I have ever come across.I ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas on the 27th of November till today it hasn't arrived I have called them 3days in a row and they keep saying tomorrow,I finally spoke to a manager who told me that my parcel cannot be located at the couriers and I will not get it until they find it. I was not informed of any delay or any issues until I called,in the 3 days that I followed up I was promised to be called back but they never did. I asked to cancel the order and have my money back and was discouraged as that was even worse takes even longer,I asked to go to a store then and get the item I purchased while they locate the parcel ,I was told I cannot do that either,I asked what their solution is,I was told to wait however long it takes to locate my parcel.pathetic,makes clients suffer for their incompetence.The manager was not even empathetic,kept telling me that I'm not the only one with a delayed parcel,like that's supposed to make me feel better.
