Worst online experience. No feedback from Truworths to date

Worst online experience ever. Placed an order on 28 January for Valentine’s Day and I have called repeatedly to find out where the order is, only to be told that they will relay the message to the courier and get back to me - which never happens. Shop online elsewhere. It’s just not worth the hassle.
