Worst experience ever!!!

I placed an order on the 29th of November at Truworths online and selected delivery to be made at the Truworths in the Bluff branch. After a week, delivery was made in store. I went to pick up my parcel and the consultant tells me there's nothing there and it hasn't arrived yet. I followed up with customer service the following day and they advised me that the parcel was delivered and was still in store. Then I receive a phone call that they gave my parcel to another customer. I'm extremely furious at what happened, I go into the store and they give me a parcel that's opened and tell me they mixed up our initials. The staff didn't check order numbers or ID verification and took my parcel and gave it to someone else. I refused to take it especially after it was opened and given to someone! I'm extremely upset and will not be purchasing again. I will also be posting this on my social media platforms informing people what happened.
