Worst experience by the call center.

Worst service from This company. Poor employees are doing their Job but their customer service department is disrespectful. Can not believe it is so hard to close an account with them but was easier to open it.

I'm fighting a whole month to be refunded for and insurance that lapsed in 2017. To my surprise this insurance was added without my consent but yet I paid for it with my monthly payments.

I hope one day we will be assisted with respect when we have a query to solve. We are paying for nothing here. People wake up and look at your accounts by also confirming if all products are active.
