Worst experience

If there was a zero rating I would give it.

I ordered items online, it was accepted and money taken from my account. Order gets confirmed that it is delivered and on the day I go to fetch it I told certain items are not there so it is cancelled. To make matters worse, not all my items have been delivered so I suppose Truworths thinks I have petrol to fetch each item one by one. This has to be the worst online shopping experience by far honestly.
