Worst exchange shop
Worst shop to try and exchange something. i received pj's for mothers day, they too tight so i need to exchange them and obviously when you give someone a gift you remove the tags, now they tell me all tags have to be attached as it states in their return policy. So now im sitting with these pjs that cost a fortune and i'll probably never wear them cause they uncomfortable and tight. Wont ever recommend truworths to anyone, especially to buy a gift for someone.

No other shop is such a hassle to exchange something, tags attached or not and then I don't even have all the slips etc. Here I had the slip and the tag even and still no help at all. Well, if I staple the tag to the pj's then it's attached.
