Worst ever store Manager - Didi at Truworths in Mall of Africa

Visited Truworths in Mall of Africa on Friday evening 13th Feb. Line to pay was very long. There was only one cashier assisting. Everyone was getting frustrated. I approached a staff member who was chatting to someone close by (with a good view of the long queue) and looking at TikTok videos on the phone (this I was told by another customer in the queue), asked for the manager and she said she is the manager. I complained about the queue and she very non-chalantly said oh there are 2 other cashiers, they must be somewhere. Then politely went back to her chat. Other customers starting making noises, the manager was close by but was not concerned. Then 2 more cashiers arrived, and they then needed authorisation, kept calling for it. Manager was still in earshot but ignored them, helped customers who were looking at watches. Another staff member eventually came to authorise. This was the worst ever service I have ever witnessed by a manager in a retail store. Managers usually go out of their way to ensure the line clears as soon as possible. She could not give one hoot about what was going on. While we were still in the queue, she casually approached the cashier desks and was walking about, heard the grumbling from customers but just looked at us. Worst ever Manager!! I was utterly flabbergasted. The name of this fantastic manager who should really not hold that position, is Didi. I really hope Truworths sees this and sends her for re-training!
