Worst customer service.******** and unhelpfully staff.

Verry bad service at Truworths Parys.******** unhelpfull staff and Management.I asked for the staff to give me the Store manager or Area managers phone numbers and they refused after they told me that they cant exchange a dress I bought .Slips and tags all was there. They highlighted on the back of the slip saying that I wore that dress.Wich was not true at all.! They said I must call the call centre if I had a problem.I did do that and the call centre said I must ask the staff to provide me with the numbers for their Manager or Area manager to assist me with this issue.After allot of asking and explaining that the customer care said that I need to get the phone numbers from the staff, they started with their attitude,ignoring me, telling me they will not under any surcstance give me any numbers and treating me as if I was a ********. I have met the store manager before and I am verry sure that she will not tolerate staff treating customers the way they did. Today was the worst experience I ever had in a clothing store. Your staff need serious customer service skills.Will never see me again.
