Worst Customer Service - TRUWORTHS

This email was sent on 15 July 2020 with no response whats so ever!!!!!!! Good day, i have sent numerous emails with no response. Then my account is given over to Collectors?!?! How do you do that before checking your facts!!! Then charging me for a payment i have already made and giving me a bad credit score!!!!!!!!!! You need to sort this out ASAP! As one of your employees at customer care told me i dont need to worry as you guys are working through over the 6000 accounts and this will be sorted out and the extra fees you are charging me wil be credited and my credit score will be back to normal. Well this is not what the credit beauru told me!!!! They said how can you say that to me!!!!

Sort this out as i was struggeling since i have made the damn payment!! After you thoughr i have missed a payment i received a sms a week later that i should be paying more, but i never have received a phone call or email regar**** this!!!!!!!! No one reading my emails nor responding!!!!!! Look at you bank and see how good i pay each month more than i should!!!!!

Im over it now, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CORRESPONDANCE FROM TRUWORTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
