Worst customer service by Truworths Festival Mall :(

I am very disappointed by the poor service Truworths Festival Mall gave me. I called in around 9:30 in the morning to find out if the bag I am looking for they have it at their store before I can go buy it. The phone was picked up by a guy who moved me from pillar to post and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes until I decided to hang up. He never bothered to even find out what is it that I am looking for he just told me to hold on, and I could hear him and his colleagues chatting while I am waiting for his assistance.
