Worst customer service

Came to activate account I opened online, stood for about +- 15mins in line with no other customers in the store after me, only one till was in operation, 4 other workers packing shelves and walking around the store. When I complained about long waiting time the cashier who is pregnant gave attitude and said "you not waiting long", made comment about bad service at the store and she got upset and pulled up her face. It was more than a hour after opening and still they weren't ready to serve their customers, only putting float in their tills a hour after opening and only having 1 till open while everyone else working there are walking up and down. When asked for service they had the worst attitude it's unacceptable that consumers must beg to be served. I will definitely not go back to this store their workers have the worst customer etiquette they are rude and the pregnant worker has a bad attitude, she should stop working and rest at home if she has problems with customers asking for service after waiting longer than 10mins while there are more workers than customers in the shop at the time yet they all seem to do everything but serve their customers.
