Worst customer experience ever

I love truworths so much. This is not a complaint about their products, but it’s about the service I received today. I’ve never left any store in my life feeling the way I did today. I went to buy some tights at truworths “Forrest Hill” on the 14/11/2021. I usually buy my tights from truworths, so I know my size, but this time I took a different design but the same size as i always do. When I wanted to try it on at home I couldn’t put in my other leg it was way to tight to even get pass my ankle. I went back to the Forrest hill branch, oh my. The cashier that help me was so rude, I had the pair of tights I wanted to exchange and I had another pair which is a bigger size. She told me that they don’t exchange underwear and I must find something to do with it because she won’t exchange it, I was shocked at the way this young lady spoke to me, I wanted to explain to her that those tights didn’t even make it up to my knees, but she was so aggressive in her response I eventually closed my account. I am so disappointed in the service I received by this lady her employee number is:***. I’ve been a shopper at truworths since I started working 15 years ago, I left that store in utter disbelief that I was treated like that. My expectation was for the garment to be exchanged. She could have taken a look and see that it wasn’t worn. It’s so unfair that I will loose R330.00 just because of a misjudgment is size. I hope this doesn’t happen to other clients as well….because truworths will be loosing clients because of one impolite person. We all know that businesses has rules, but I also know that there are acceptance to some of the rules. I hope this matter will be dealt with accordingly
