Worst customer experience ever!!!

<p>Last week my aunt lost her husband and I had to go buy her a dress for the funeral.I bought a DH dress at truworths cash for R700 and when I got home it didn't fit so I went to soshanguve branch were they didn't have the dress and the told me to go to garankuwa as they have stock.I had to go with my aunt there because it was Friday already and the burial was Saturday and in our culture she had to stay home.I checked for the dress it wasn't there and she chose another one and it was R650 there was one cashier and a rude manager Magdeline.They refused to give us change saying what if I paid using a credit card I told her 3 times that I used a debit card.Yhe manager came with the most stinking attitude telling us there's nothing she can do we must take a voucher for R50 what can we buy for that amount there?She made us wait for more than 45 minutes saying she is communicating with church street pta store to check if I paid with a debit card.The change wasn't the issue because we told her to give us the dress and keep the change because my aunt had to be home before her hisband's corpse arrives home but the manager was so rude and showed no compassion or the love for her job.Her body language and the manner she addressed us was unacceptable</p>
