Worst customer experience

Visited Truworths in Highveld Mall to exchange pants from my online parcel from size 30 to 32, the till operator, supervisor(Gugu) and manager looked me dead in the eye and told me that they'll charge me the sale price instead of the up to 50% price.

No name tags, no smile nor interest to help, they are just there with only one till operator. I asked the supervisor why theres only till operator and she told me thats how they operate the whole day.

I asked to be put through to the head office and the manager just gave me a note with a number and told me to call it then she continued chatting with her friend telling her how ridiculous I am.

I've never experienced such service in my entire history of shopping with Truworths, I'm disheartened.
