Worst company to deal with

My debit order goes out on the 3rd of every month (since 2020). However, it didn’t go out in December , they then sent me a statement stating that my account is in arrears.

I called them, they said because it was a Saturday they couldn’t take out the money and someone should have phoned to confirm if it should be taken out on the day before because that day was a weekend. However no one called.

So i told her to put a debit order for next week Thursday, the 15 for the arrears amount, and go back to normal for January.

Woke up this morning with the arrears amount and next month instalment being debited from my account (today is the 10th)

This people are literally doing whatever they want!!! This is the worst service!!!
